Angela Folger
your dog’s best friend + coach.
I help you enhance your life through compassionate, professional dog training that builds happy, confident dogs + humans.
When I’m not helping Bay Area’s dog community, you can find me strolling down the street (Madhouse coffee in hand of course) with my own two dogs. My goal is to help you experience the most enriching life with your pup so you too can go to coffee shops and take your dog out and about stress free + with confidence.
Hi! I’m Keilani,
Where do we train?
We offer in-home dog training services to the Brisbane, Bernal Heights, Burlingame, and surrounding neighborhoods. But our training isn’t just in-home.
You’ll frequently catch us out on training field trips at local cafe’s like Madhouse Coffee and Equator Coffees (just to name a few favs) and nearby parks.
We practice the training in the places that are most valuable to you- in and around your neighborhood.

FAQs
How do you do training?
We do something called “balanced training” which means we use lots positive reinforcement to shape behaviors and also use things like slip leads, prong collars, and e-collars for off-leash and more advanced training or behavioral modification (working through unwanted, more-severe issues).
What behavior problems can you help with?
Just to name a few things… we can help you with leash pulling, puppy nipping, potty training, barking at dogs and people, reactivity, fearfulness, jumping on guests, destroying the home, and more.
Do you train puppies?
We love training puppies! Since we do in-home training, we can get started training at any age. We prefer getting started with puppy training as soon as possible to prevent problem behaviors from developing and to set you up for success.
Will my dog be able to go places with me after the training?
Every dog starts from a different place, but our goal is to use training to create a bigger world for your dog- even if that just means being able to walk down the street without barking at dogs or people. Trained dogs ultimately have more freedom- so we work to create a calm, stable dog that can go with you to your favorite dog-friendly spaces.
My dog is reactive towards other dogs. Can you help me?
Reactivity is a very common thing we see with dogs and it can leave you feeling defeated and dreading your next walk. As someone who has worked through this in their own dog, I know how frustrating this can feel. I’ll work closely with you and your dog to address the underlying issues causing the unwanted behaviors and teach you how to confidently lead your dog through any scenario.
